Infoskills is a self-paced online tutorial designed to introduce
University of Newcastle undergraduate students to a range of information and research skills that will assist with finding, using, evaluating and managing information. The tutorial also identifies issues surrounding academic integrity, including plagiarism, and their significance at the University of Newcastle. InfoSkills was added to the ALA's PRIMO Database of peer reviewed instructional media, and was featured as their " Site of the Month" in April 2006. It was also been awarded a University of Newcastle Vice-Chancellor's Citation Award in 2006.
University of Newcastle, EndNote Online Tutorial
The EndNote Tutorial is designed to provide an introduction to using
EndNote. The Tutorial is divided into 4 modules (Getting Started,
Transferring from Databases, EndNote and Word, Managing Your Library), and incorporates an extensive index, site map, glossary, easy to follow navigation and extensive use of demonstration files to illustrate concepts covered. The EndNote Online Tutorial was also recently added to the ALA PRIMO Database as well.
