CoFHE North West Circle has the theme of information skills for it's spring meeting
Date & Time: afternoon of Thursday 7th May
Venue: One Central Park campus
of The Manchester College.
Fee: The cost of the afternoon including lunch
at 12.30 is £40. You don't need to be a member of CoFHE to come along.
Speakers are Alison Pope and Julie Adams from
Staffordshire University telling us about their ASK - Assignment Survival Kit;
Rachel Beckett from the University of Manchester on developing information
skills in library staff and Anthony Beal from West Cheshire College talking
about their experiences with LolliPop - an on-line information literacy (IL)
course aimed at enquiry desk staff.
